3. What are your shipping methods?
Our custom signs ship via Fedex or UPS.

5. What is your order agreement?
- Zieglerworld LLC will charge your credit card for the total.
- You must understand that the personalization spelling will be exactly as you have told Zieglerworld. Zieglerworld does not automatically add punctuation and we assume spelling is correct.
- Production Time - All orders are made to order. As a general rule, the signs take 10-14 business days in production from the time you send us personalization. Production times increase during Holidays (Christmas, Veteran's day, Father's day.).
- The signs ship via Fed-ex or UPS ground. Delivery times generally take 5 business days. Orders cannot be rushed.
- Almost all of our sign orders are gifts and nearly everyone asks if their order can be rushed. The production company does not offer rush service. As a suggestion, if the order is a gift, print the picture from the web site and include it in a card.
